We love having Parents on Campus and there are many ways to get involved at Aviara Oaks Middle School. Whether you become a Falcon Friend, Field Trip Driver, STN Chaperone, Booster Club helper, or shelving books in the library, there is one thing we need you to do first!
CUSD Volunteer Application 2026-2027
Please complete the CUSD Volunteer Application 2026-27. This is good for all schools in the district making it important that you let them know how you are planning to support your schools this year. But don’t worry, you only need to fill out the applicaton once.
Then when you come on campus, bring your driver’s license to check in at the Front Office.

Being a Falcon Friends Volunteer is the BEST opportunity to get involved and interact with your student’s school life.
Become a part of a committed group of parents who help maintain a highly energized and positive atmosphere during student lunches. As a Falcon Friends Volunteer, you will help facilitate a safe and friendly campus environment of opportunities for kids to interact and burn off some energy during lunch. Your kids will greatly appreciate it.
Lunch Times
11:11am - 12:34pm Regular days
10:41am - 11:54am Early Release Days
No Falcon Friends = No Field Activities
Falcon Friends oversee field play including football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and the quad play including board games, ping pong, foosball, table air hockey, cornhole and MORE!
What’s the commitment?
Falcon Friends is based on your availablilty. There is a monthly sign up that will go out from the Falcon Friends Coordinator, so you can pick which days are best for you. Many parents like to pick the same day to come each week or bi-weekly.
Parents of 8th grade students have the benefit of earning reserved seating at the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony. Talk to the Falcon Friends Coordinator or email falconfriends@aomsptsa.org for more details.
Falcon Friends is coordinated and funded through the AOMS PTSA.
